Whether you have an idea for a business or you’re a seasoned entrepreneur who is looking to expand an existing business, Business Navigation Services can help. You will receive one-on-one counseling with a small business expert to discuss challenges, identify opportunities, and develop a plan of action to help you reach your goals. Business Navigation Services are the starting line for your business.

Anyone interested in starting or growing a business would be an excellent candidate for this program. The support provided through Business Navigation Services is personalized to address the individual business owner’s interests, needs, and goals.

During a Business Navigation session, the Business Navigator will discuss the current situation/needs for you and your business and guide you in making sure you are ready to take advantage of MobileCAN! programming for networking, education, finance, mentoring, and planning.Business Navigation Sessions generally last for one hour and participants can expect the following:

One-on-One Consultation: An individualized meeting with one of our Business Development Navigators to uncover advice, connections, programs, and resources to help your business thrive. Please note that there is some required paperwork we will need you to complete during the session.

SSBCI Technical Assistance: Our Business Development Navigators can help you become eligible to apply for SSBCI funding.

Referrals: We have a network of over 50 resources that can support your business. After reviewing your business goals and challenges faced, a Business Development Navigator will connect you to programs and resources in our local and state-wide community to help you reach your goals.

On-Going Support: Throughout the process of building your business, we offer on-going support . Just call to set up a check-in meeting with your Business Development Navigator any time you have a question or encounter a roadblock.

Interested in meeting with a Business Development Navigator? The program is open to anyone, all you need to do is sign up for an appointment.
